A professional personal trainer is available to assist with a supervised, one-on-one cardiovascular and/or weight training program. Instruction is by appointment only with a six-hour cancellation notice required. 60 and 90 minutes.
Customized Fitness Evaluation
This complete and comprehensive session includes resting heart rate; systolic and diastolic blood pressure; weight and body fat analysis; flexibility; and strength and cardiovascular analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
